Tom Kirby is a Director of the Company and he is principally involved in dealing with acquisitions for Utilities Companies and Road Projects. Tom has worked in this sector since joining the office in 1999 and has a wide range of experience.  He has been involved in all stages of the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) process ranging from assistance in preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) to assessment and negotiation of compensation claims and where necessary attendance at Arbitration as expert witness. His work involves daily reference to legislation, case law and current practices.

Tom’s clients include Bord Gáis, NRA, ESB, numerous Local Authorities, institutional and private clients.

Bruce Dodd is an Associate Director of the Company and is principally involved in valuations, compulsory purchase, landlord and tenant instructions, rating instructions and general consultancy. Bruce has considerable experience in undertaking valuation instructions on behalf of corporate, public sector, private and institutional clients and has provided advice in relation to valuations, landlord and tenant matters, economic/market data and legislation. Bruce has provided valuations of property portfolios for the purpose of reporting in financial statements and for strategic restructuring and disposal of properties that are surplus to requirements.

Chris Boyle is an Associate Director of the company with over 13 years’ experience in all aspects of the Irish property market countrywide. Chris is a Chartered Surveyor (MSCSI, MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer. He is actively involved in dealing with acquisitions, disposals, valuations, landlord and tenant instructions, rating instructions and general consultancy. Chris has been involved in all stages of the CPO process and has worked on a number of major schemes. He has provided expert testimony at An Bord Pleanála hearings and state Arbitrations.

Tracy Horan is a Senior Surveyor with over 15 years experience across all aspects of the Irish Property Market Countrywide including CPO, Commercial Rates, Landlord & Tenant, Agency, Tracy gained her initial experience in private practice working extensively in professional services and representing local authorities & private landowners on various CPO schemes including the N9/N10 Kilcullen – Waterford scheme, M8 Motorway Scheme and Newbridge Inner Relief Road. More recently Tracy has represented CIÉ across their portfolio of assets and has also acted on their behalf in relation to all property acquisitions under the Kildare Route Project rail extension between Parkwest, Co Dublin and Hazelhatch, Co Kildare. Her work involves daily reference to legislation, case law and current practices and she has been involved in all stages of the CPO process.

John joined the company as a surveyor in 2015 where he has been working in the Valuation department gaining an in depth awareness and understanding of all areas of valuations, including the carrying out of various valuation instructions from both private and public sector clients. Since graduating from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in 2012 with an Honours Degree in Property Studies John has worked in the property industry, gaining extensive experience in landlord & tenant negotiations, property management, lease renewals, and estate agency.
